SEASTONE STUDIO and the home of Understory Publishing is a design studio based on the wild, rugged west coast of Canada. The studio is led by a team of multidisciplinary creatives who make art in relation to the wonders of the natural world.

A passion for nature is seen in everything that comes from the studio. Projects rich in the language of the land describe the ever changing color, patterns, and texture of the wildlife, wild food, weather, landscape, geology and seasons surrounding the studio in qathet, BC, on the territories of the ɬaʔamɩn, shíshálh, ƛohos, and Xwe’malhkwu Nation.
